You may join NAPO-DFW by downloading (pdf) and printing an application and returning it with a check for the appropriate dues to NAPO-DFW.
Membership in NAPO (National) is required for NAPO-DFW (Chapter) membership. NAPO-DFW membership applications are processed upon confirmation of NAPO membership. (If you apply by mail you may include confirmation of your national membership or a copy of your canceled check.) Should your NAPO membership expire, NAPO-DFW membership will be suspended until NAPO membership is reinstated. NAPO-DFW does not provide refunds for the balance of suspended memberships.
